A studio built on experience
We believe gaming is a moment worth celebrating, and we build every project around that belief. Equinox has a proven track record in the expertise of all steps of the TCG pipeline. On the creative side we create elegant game design and balance cards for a healthy competitive scene, we build immersive worlds through extensive lore and vibrant art direction. We manage manufacturing, shipping and marketing to reach players everywhere in the world.

Our heritage
A creative expertise in service of Card game experience
Founded in 2020 by Régis Bonnessée, also the founder of Libellud, the studio behind award-winning board games such as Dixit, Seasons, Dice Forge, and Mysterium, Equinox was created with a clear ambition: to bring innovation to the world of Trading Card Games.
Today, this vision continues through a new generation of ambitious projects, powered by a passionate team of experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and imagining the game experiences of tomorrow.

Our first IP
Altered is the first intellectual property developed by Equinox, born from a strong ambition: to reinvent the trading card game experience.
By combining a rich gameplay experience, an original art direction, and major technical innovations, the project offered a new approach to collecting through unique cards to scan, a digital collection, online play on Board Game Arena with your real life collection, an international marketplace, and print-on-demand services.
At its launch on Kickstarter, Altered became the most-funded TCG in crowdfunding history. With more than 16 million boosters printed, availability in 5 languages, and a presence on 4 continents, the project illustrates Equinox's ability to create innovative experiences with international ambition and reach.
